Dear Supersingas
A red letter day blogs from Hugh and Ahmed!!!!
Happy Days to you all
Jenny Hope
Dear Supersime, Superskip and Supersings,
What a roller coaster you are all going through, I hope Sime, Heston and Steve weren't too bruised after their bounce on the deck.
Your blogs are brilliant from boiled eggs, to cleaners, to supermedics but the most important one so far was Laura's on her birthday it was so good to hear that she had perked up and had a happy day, I hope Hugh had a good day too.
We can see how hard this leg is not many photos. (My new screensaver is the one of just Singa going through the waves) and no video.
I can see you have gone through the gate so another point well done. Superskip is brilliant and very low key compared to some!
Cricket’s good, beat Bangladesh they fought back and had our lot on edge but all was well in the end. Pieterson came back on form scored 99 Cook 145 in 1st innings and Colly 100. Oh I forgot to say thank you for the Mother’s Day message - Super.
A small lamb on the way for Rachel!!!
I had better do some work now all of you keep safe you are the best.
Big Hugs to you all
Jenny Hope
PS Message for Sime - Cards arrived safely from China have sent them on.
Dear all,
Glad you're all safe after that heavy storm!
Keep up the good spirit and get back on that second place ASAP!
We’ll keep on tracking you from Belgium!
All the best!
Willy Vanderpoorten
Keppel Seghers
PS: Bartje, we zijn trots op jou! Ga er voor man!
Dear Supersime, Superskip and Supersingas,
The magnitude of what you are all doing has obviously really hit home on this leg, I spoke to Sime's Grandpa this morning and he has a complete understanding of what you have survived. He was telling me about being in the same conditions you have been in but on an Aircraft Carrier, and after their storm he had to get in his plane and round up all the ships in the convoy like a shepherd dog, it took three days to get all the ships together again. (This was in the Atlantic)
It was a relief to read Superskip’s blog, low key as usual, but graphic all the same (after Bart’s description) and then Rachel’s so I hope you are all ok especially Megan and Jon, Detlef and Bart. and we musn’t forget Singas righting itself
This week a lot of prayers have been said, at least He (upstairs) has listened!
On the news front Jenson Button has just won the Melbourne Grand prix very exciting lots of drama, England won the cricket match with Pieterson back on form and Swann won Man of the Series.
Spring has sprung over here with all the Spring flowers out, lambing in full swing, Still now waiting for date for the election
I hope you arrive in San Francisco for Easter, and Heston, I have sent you a parcel of you know what. I have risen to the pie challenge... If I could afford it I would send 18 bottles of champagne!
I hope you all have wonderful time in San Francisco don't go too mad, but most importantly, phone calls to home come first.. Please.
Big hugs to you all
Jenny Hope
